Glen Research 5"-CE (ß--cyanoethyl) Phosphoramidites are designedfor the production of 5"-5" or 3"-3" linkages, useful in antisense studies, orto synthesize oligonucleotide segments in the opposite sense from normalsynthesis, for structural studies. These monomers are packaged in ABI-stylevials (see note box).
